According to a recent demand analysis report commissioned by the Minnesota Transportation Center of Excellence:

As part of its 2020 workplan, Minnesota Careers in Auto Repair & Service (MNCARS) “adopted” two high school programs to provide enhanced support and mentoring during the year.

A recent 2019-2020 “State of the Industry” report published by Body Shop Business offered some insight into the collision repair market in Minnesota.
